Remodel and Construction Clean Up

air duct cleaning construction debrisNow that you have invested so much time, money and effort into remodeling or building your home you consistently find a fine layer of construction debris on your horizontal surfaces or have an acrid odor every time the furnace comes on.

Construction debris is inevitable on remodel and building projects. Construction and demolition debris consists of the materials generated during the construction and renovation of your home. This debris migrates into the air and is drawn into the ventilation system through return air vents.

Though contractors will often install filters within the furnace to protect them from damage, they often choose construction grade filters (fiberglass) that are designed to prevent large construction debris from damaging furnace components, but provide no protection from fine debris. Over the construction process fine construction debris bypasses the fiberglass filters entering into the furnace cabinet, impacting within the air conditioner coil, and adhering to the walls of the air ducts.

Construction debris is re-circulated within your home every time the the furnace operates unless professionally removed.
