Specialized Products

From durable access doors to closed-cell insulation, sanitizers, odor oxidizers, and duct encapsulants, Ductworks, Inc. offers industry-preferred products that support HVAC cleanliness, serviceability, and indoor air quality.

Access Points • Ductmate

Ductmate Access Doors for Routine HVAC Service

During full-system cleanings, Ductworks, Inc. installs permanent access plates to reach trunk lines and critical duct sections. When an access point needs to be opened and closed repeatedly for ongoing service, Ductmate access doors are the industry standard.

Built for Routine Maintenance

Creates a clean, reusable access point that allows technicians to service internal components without cutting sheet metal each visit.

Air-Tight & Secure

Ductmate doors are designed to seal tightly, helping prevent leakage and maintaining system performance after each service.

Fast Installation

The industry-proven design allows quick installation and easy access for future cleaning, testing, and inspections.

Insulation • ArmaFlex

Sanitizing Agent • Oxine AD

Professional HVAC Sanitizer for Microbial Concerns

When there is visible or suspected microbial contamination, and only after a complete source-removal cleaning, the application of Oxine® AD is an excellent option. This sanitizer is effective, low-odor, and suitable for HVAC systems when used according to industry guidelines.

Targets Microbial Contamination

Designed to address microbial concerns inside ductwork after a full cleaning has removed dust, debris, and organic buildup.

EPA-Registered & Field-Proven

Oxine® AD has been used for decades in hospitals, food plants, and industrial environments for microbial control.

Odor Control • Oxidizer

Odor Oxidizer Treatment for Smoke & Pet Odors

While no company can guarantee complete odor removal, especially when odors originate outside the air ducts, the application of a professional-grade odor oxidizer offers the best chance of reducing smoke, pet, and environmental odors after a thorough cleaning.

Breaks Down Odor Molecules

Oxidizers target and help neutralize odor-causing compounds at the source.

Effective for Pet & Smoke Odors

Helpful after fire events, long-term smoking, or heavy pet damage.

Applied After Full Cleaning

Works best when the duct system has been thoroughly cleaned first.

Duct Encapsulation • Foster® 40-20

Encapsulating Internal Duct Liner with Foster® 40-20

As duct systems age, temperature swings and air turbulence can break down the seal on internal insulation. When the facing fails, fiberglass fibers may loosen and enter the airstream. Resurfacing the existing liner with Foster® 40-20 creates a continuous protective coating that helps lock fibers in place, restores a smooth surface, and is often far more economical than full duct replacement.

Resurfaces Aging Liner

Applies a fresh coating over worn internal insulation where the original facing has broken down.

Cost-Effective Option

Extends the life of existing ductwork and is typically much less expensive than full replacement.

Smooth, Cleanable Surface

Creates a uniform coated surface that can be more easily cleaned during future maintenance.

Helps Contain Fibers

Helps keep loose fiberglass from entering the airstream by encapsulating the internal insulation.
